We're back for another weekly makeup additions and this time we're mixing things up a little bit with a forgotten, new but unused, an old favourite and a staple duo.

With the warmer weather hopping along nicely (minus the odd torrential downpour), I'm feeling warmer tones, bronzed skin, gold eyes paired with a rosy lip.  Whether I'm getting too optimistic about Summer, you gotta roll wit' it!

Concealer dream duo : Estee Lauder Double Wear and Bobbi Brown Creamy Concealer

When it comes to concealer I'm a little bit fussy, it can't be too thick, but needs to have that bit of coverage, hello awkward human with fine lines (aka the wrinkles).  Having worked my way through the work I now feel content with my current dream duo, get ready for the long name, +Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay-In-Place Flawfless Wear Concealer and +Bobbi Brown UK Creamy Concealer.

This week I'm keeping things simple yet fresh in preparation for those hotter days where in all honesty I can't be bothered to be mixing up a ridiculous amount of products.

2015 favourites \ April

April has been a month where we've seen the sunshine finally appear, the lighter clothes come out and the Winter makeup slowly being phased out, please don't rain now I've just been talking about the sunshine!!  Before I begin rambling to Mary and her sheep in the high hills let's get on to those April favourites ...

You may have noticed that last week there was no weekly makeup additions ... sozzles folks but after travelling back from an insane in the membrane trip to Oslo I was cream crackered, but fear not, we're back!

Spring has well and truly landed so I felt it only right to mix things up a little bit this week and get involved.

Top 5 Concealers : Hit the big time!

Concealers, the one item which I definitely would take me on a desert island, it's just freaking amazing!  Whether they are there to conceal those dark circles, mask redness or covering those pesky blemishes, if you've got the right concealer then you're on to an absolute winner winner chicken dinner.  

When you hit it big time with concealers you don't tend to stray, however I've hit a fair few bumnotes with them until, I found these jackpot winners, those bumnotes, they're for another time!

My top 8 makeup brushes : revealed

Makeup brushes, they have me fascinated, no really I find them too interesting! So here we have a little insight in to those holy grail brushes, which I think are just peerfect.  In total there's 8, it was meant to be top 5 but I couldn't narrow it down, and if you don't have them already, well I could not recommend them enough, prepare yourself and put that drink down...

House of Fraser, Red Carpet Style : Red lips? : I won!

I've just updated this little post to let you lovely little cheekies know that I won this competition!  Quite literally, I never win anything so this email came as the biggest shock ever and I couldn't stop smiling, hence the exclamation marks!!  A huge thank you to +House of Fraser and I shall keep you all posted with the goodies which I pick up!  Now back to the original post ...  But yes, thank you!!

A few posts ago I may have given you a sneak peak in to Justin Timberlakes latest 20/20 Experience World Tour, go check out that post here.  However, I thought I would also give you a sneak peak as to what was on my face for this brilliant night out...

As you can see, I used all high-end products, not because they are all my favourites, but to be completely honest, I wanted to try and feel ultra good for such a fun night with my sister.
