The Sephora Pro Fan Brush #65

When you think essential makeup brushes a fan brush doesn't really jump to the straight of the queue, it didn't for me, in fact I threw one away donkeys years ago, but recently my life has been transformed now that we are reunited.  Introducing my new fan brush, the +Sephora Pro Fan Brush #65.

Here we have my top 4 uses for the fan brush that you never knew existed and the reasons why you need to pop this is your next shopping basket:

1.  Say bye bye to makeup mishaps, whether this be fall out from your eyeshadow or extra powder on your face, use the fan brush to swipe them away with the blink of an eye.

2.  Face masks, wanting to pamper yourself then use this for precise application if you don't want to pop those fingers in to the pot.

3.  Makeup eraser, wacked on too much contour or highlighter?  Use the fan brush to diffuse the intensity by lightly gliding it across 'zed area, magic eraser some might say.

4.  Powder face makeup application, call it bronzer, blusher or highlighter the soft and fluffy bristles shall disperse a light swipe across the areas it is allowed.

Personally my favourite way to use this brush is for highlighter application as it picks up the perfect amount of pigment to dust across the high points of my face.  Now I like a strong highlight, this doesn't make it too overpowering nor too faint, it just leaves you with that glowy finish.
