Jo Malone \ Mimosa & Cardamon*

If there's anyone who knows how to produce Cologne's to make everyone swoon over it's +Jo Malone London.  Their last launch of Mimosa and Cardamon* easily falls in to that category leaving you wanting more, and to spritz it all day long.

If you're a fellow Jo Malone follower you'll be keeping on eye on September as the official launch of a new scent to their magnificent collection and 2015 sees Mimosa & Cardamon.  Fragrances are a tricky one to write about so aside from this is beyond beautiful, stick with me here!

Mimosa & Cardamon are notes that you wouldn't necessarily think of putting together but Jo Malone has done it again making a scent which does trigger a distant memory of something else that I can't seem to pick from the air.  Through the combination of cardamon, mimosa and tonka beans you are left with a potion of warmth, spice and florals which continue to waft throughout the day.

Described by Jo Malone as:

"Mists of honeyed, golden mimosa float above the spiciness of freshly crushed cardamom. Creamy tonka and smooth sandalwood woven under powdery heliotrope and Damask rose picked at dawn. Warm, ethereal, mesmerising.

These words certainly ring true as the spice whisks you through to a Moroccan paradise, fear not though for the balance of florals and beans brings this straight back down to a wearable cologne, perfect for the upcoming Autumnal months.
